I completed my driving school within the time frame, they sent me the email of completion the same dayI went to the court and told them I did traffic schoolTo my surprise a month later I received a letter from the court saying that my license has been suspendedi called the court house and they advised me that they never received anything from the school showing I completed the classthe hold time for the school was too long so I began chatting online with one of the representatives trying to get informationaccording to them they show I was expelled because I never completed the classummm what?! I have the email that they sent me proving I completed the classthey couldnt tell me anything else regarding it because the Arizona rep was out of the office and they had to wait for them to come back to give them more informationSo now I have to go to the court house again, and most likely pay the ticket, after this company took my money and then didnt deliver the service they promised

While registering for course I paid the extra money to have certificate mailed overnightI then completed the registration exactly as it asked for it and finished the course with no issuesdays later, after not receiving certificate, nor hearing back from them via email or phone call, I decided to call the business to figure out what was going onThey told me that I had put a PO Box on the mailing address, and Fed Ex does not ship to a PO BoxI told them I had put my physical address where it asked for "physical address" and PO Box where it asked for a mailing address, which is where we receive our mailNowhere did a red flag pop up informing me an address would not workBut that's really not the issueI never received a phone call or email stating such, and when I called to inquire of issue, the customer service rep was very rude and unprofessionalAfter several minutes of heated debate, I asked for her name, which she replied BrittneyI asked Brittney what, and she replied, "I'm the only Brittney that works here," just before she hung up

I just registered for the Indiana Online Driver Improvement class, and first, I did not receive any kind of confirmation page showing my transaction was completeSo I figure it is because I registered less than minutes before, so I go ahead and try to log in to my account, with successI set up more of my account with security questions and then proceeded to start the classWhen I did so, I got an error message that said my profile was not set up properlyI call customer service and my information is nowhere to be found even after supplying ALL of my informationI then explained to the customer service representative that I have already checked my bank account and my balance has been reduced, making me believe I have already been charged as I have had no other activity on my account todayShe tells me to tell her where the charge is from and I try to explain that it has not appeared, but my balance has been reducedand she lights upShe claims I am not calm (which honest, I was) and will not let me finishI said "I need you to stop interrupting me so I can answer your question" and she has not stopped talkingI finally use the customer cardI say "I am the customer here and you are supposed to be helping me" and she says "Right now that does not matter." I said "Are you kidding me?" I then told her I was writing this review and hung upI don't really know if I have been charged but I am NOT happyI am keeping on eye on my bank account

I give the Colonial Driving School five stars, because I believe it's the best driving in VA

Or back on my card? If on card I don't see the credit posted? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! AND MISLEADING ADVERTISING! The website boasts of same day processing, says absolutely nothing about a "cut-off time" or regular business hours on the east coast, and advertises 24/supportThe website says "At OnlineDefensiveDriving.com we have last-minute due date specialists that are here around the clock to help you get started in our Texas defensive driving online program." I payed a huge fee to receive my certificate the next day and did not receive itWhen I spoke to a manager on the phone, I was promised that I would get my driving record within an hourI waited almost three hours and finally had to call to request it againThe manager refused to refund my payment for expedited shipping and was extremely snarky and condescending in the processI never received a tracking number until I called and asked for oneAll-in-all I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company and I would not request this service to my worst enemy
