Review: I bought a new [redacted] MacBook Pro from On Store 8/23/13 then called The [redacted] Store in Spokane for some tech support and found that the computer I bought was used but I was never told it was used and I paid for a new computer. The sale person told me about the warranty and said I would have 3 months of tech support, but founding out I have none with a used machine and [redacted] confirmed it. I have tried to call them many times and left messages that were unanswered. Today I tried to email there address but must not have the right one and I can't find any other way to contact them. I have contacted American Express to stop the payment to get this resolved but I'm at a loss to contact them unless I drive to Missoula. I am hoping you can help me.
Thanks, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to return the used computer and have a refund. With all the trouble I have had just to contact them I do not trust them to make it right.
