I have included, in attachments, the complaining client and The One Recordings E-mail conversation and binding contract to assist you in making a decisionI would like to note that the client has not acted rationally in regards to this business matter and has not been honest or respectfulOn the
day of our contracted and requested service we encountered and issue with a photographer the client had hiredThis issue may be the result of the complaint made against the material the client receivedSaid photographer also damaged our equipment earlier in the day, yet we still proceededThe attending employees each have bachelor degrees directly related to the field they were performing in and over hours of field work and were thoroughly prepared to perform the jobA small claim in their residing town has been opened already on our end being that the client refuses to pay the remaining amount owed of $dollarsNo further work would be completed for any client unless payment has been satisfied, this client is requesting further edits which we are more than happy to do but they have not paidWe have on many occasions made phone calls and left messages being that there were periods in which we couldn't access E-Mail, the client never answered or returned callsI hope the information above is helpful and the attachments help you make a better educated decision

As you will see in e-mail's and in our contract that we followed all terms agreed upon. All of our clients who receive "Raw footage", get that footage with a watermark and never have any complaints. As a courtesy to [redacted] we removed them for her own editing purposes. We usually do not do this when...

a clients doesn't reserve all rights to the files. She still does not, as the contract states. Now, the "drone", this was not specified in our contract to be provided but for our companies personal use did take some footage with our drone on her wedding day. [redacted] refuses to accept the usable footage the Drone recorded with our watermark on it. As it is not in our contract to provide drone footage at all, we again, did [redacted] a courtesy in providing this. Our premium for RAW, unmarked footage, is $2000. We charged [redacted] $500 for 2 camera men, a FULL 10+ hour day of coverage, we didn't even charge her a travel fee (which we should have). We gave [redacted] well over 10 hours of footage and our drone captured, maybe, 4 minutes. Her request would require an additional payment if she wants the additional 3 minutes of what we would call, unusable footage. We use for most weddings, 2 "Videographers", we shoot with drone, so on and so forth. We told [redacted] this via e-mail it did not mean that we WOULD be shooting with drone, even then, our contract covers anything she's requesting. We believe [redacted] should have read her contract prior to signing it and asking for edits as all of our clients do. Contracts are to protect both us and our clients. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We have tried multiple times to resolve this matter with this company. They have refused to be emphatic to our needs as their customer; they have chosen to not accept fault for poor business decisions; and they have continuously been rude and not factual in their claims. This response is exactly that. This is the first we, and our photographer for that matter, have heard of the alleged damaged equipment. Furthermore, to now accuse us of not returning calls or communications with their company is false and not valid. It is only a ploy to try and take a stab at our credibility. So in order to show proof that these claims are false, unjust, and unprofessional I have attached our call logs and text logs from [redacted] website to show proof that they did not try to call or text us even one time on either my phone number or my husbands phone number (which were the only points of contact ever given to the company regarding our contractual agreement with them). The phone number listed in these reports matches the phone number listed as this company's contact information on multiple outlets (their website www.theonerecordings.com and on their Facebook business page). Therefore, we do not feel their response resolves our complaint - which is only a continuation of their unprofessional nature as a company.
