Review: I placed an order for a Club America jersey on 1/10/14 and was charged the total of $76.41 within minutes. My bank account was immediately charged. I have gone back almost daily to the site [redacted] to check the status of my order with zero luck. There is no shipment information and no one will answer or return my calls at the number listed on the website.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the amount of $76.41 I was charged. Also I feel that this business need to be prevented from making fraudulent charges against future customers.

Review: I ordered a [redacted] Soccer Jersey that I ordered three months ago and I haven't yet received my item. My order summary was confirmed on March 14, 2013. The order summary stated that the grand total was $79.33. The Product ID consist of: [redacted] Product Name: [redacted]l Home Jersey + [redacted] Size: LGDesired Settlement: I would like to have the soccer jersey but if not, I would like to have my grand total refund in a check.

Review: I placed an order on 8/6/2013 with onionbag.com. It is now 9/13/2013, and I have not received my order. I emailed the company multiple and numerous times, but I never get a response. When I try to call the company on the phone number listed on their website, it takes me to a voicemail. My credit card was charged on the day of my order even though the item has not been shipped.

Review: I placed an order for a personalized jersey from the site on 10/5/13 . Within the next 1-2 days, their site was updated to state that my order was in shipment via UPS with an option to view tracking information (which lead to an error that no information was available for the shipment. I attempted to call their customer service on a number of occasions after a number of days with no change of status nor delivery. It was an in-state delivery so I would not expect it taking too long to receive my jersey. I then found that there were a number of similar complaints on a Facebook page of the company with orders that were never received. I emailed them on 10/23 and proposed 3 possible resolutions: 1. provide me with the tracking information and/or proof of shipment (to show that it was a delivery issue) 2. Mail it immediately and provide me with the tracking information or 3. Cancel my order and provide a full refund. The company rep (I believe the proprietor of the site) responded that it was a delay with obtaining the lettering for personalizing the jersey and he would have it early the following week and would get it to me then. I requested that the order still be cancelled since it was not yet "personalized"... (The name/number was a popular player that he would stock otherwise). To date, I have not received any response from the company, nor has their website been updated to reflect a cancellation or fulfillment of the order. I believe that the site is updated in a deceptive manner and there is minimal/poor customer service. It has been a month, to date, that I have not received my order yet he took payment immediately after ordering and if there were to be a realistic backorder or lead time for the personalization it should have been noted before ordering or at least on their customer portal section. Instead it claims to have shipped the order.Desired Settlement: I asked for a refund. If they decided not to honor it and in fact completed my order and it is in transit or will be asap, then that is fine. If it is not already in route, I would appreciate expedited delivery (overnight or 2 day) with tracking information available. If they want to maintain any relationship with me ordering from them in the future, a worthwhile discount for a future purchase would be nice. However, if they don't care about having me as a repeat customer, an apology would be acceptable for me. Universally, they should change the way they update their customer portal as to not deceive people into believing that their order has shipped with the guise of having a UPS tracking number. The site should also maintain a telephone customer service number for people to contact or explicitly state on their site that they do not have telephone support and email must be used. They should also have a note for personalized orders for expected wait time to make buyers aware.

Review: I purchased a soccer jersey on 11/16/2013 for a gift. I selected the 3-4 day shipping option and I still have not received my order. I have called the company several times and sent emails with no response. They do not answer the phone nor do they return voice mails or emails. I have not received any form of customer service and have no idea of the status of my order. I've tried to track it online but I receive a message saying that tracking information is not available.Desired Settlement: I would like my order shipped promptly and a phone call or some form of contact advising when I can expect to receive my order. If they are not able to deliver my order promptly, then I would like a full refund of the purchase price as well as the shipping cost so I can make my purchase elsewhere.

Review: I sent a soccer jersey to them for custom printing of player name and number. It took almost 2 months to receive a response that they had received the jersey that I sent, knowing that it had been delivered by tracking the package. I sent multiple emails and called their listed number to talk to someone about the jersey I sent. After many attempts and voicemails, they called me back to take my payment information for the printing service and return shipping. That call was on 10/30/2013. I gave them my credit card information for the requested service and was charged that same day. I was expecting to receive my jersey back within the next 10 days or so, but it has now been over a month and I have yet to receive my jersey back. I have emailed again multiple times, called, and left voicemails to find out where my jersey is and if it was ever shipped, but have yet to receive any response as to its whereabouts. I've been doing business with this company for the last couple years, and never had a bad experience until recently. In the past, they were always prompt with their service, and I could always get ahold of someone. I'm very disappointed.Desired Settlement: I would like to know where my jersey is and if it was even shipped. If the jersey has been lost, I would like to be refunded for the service I paid for and did not receive and be compensated for the value of the jersey that I sent. I think that is fair.

Review: I ordered online with this company at [redacted], and was charged $119.90 for a soccer jersey I ordered. Since my order (I received an order confirmation and invoice, and was charged the same day) I have yet to receive any replies to my emails regarding status of the shipment, their business phone number is now disconnected, and the website looks to have been taken down since my order. Because of this company's disappearance/non-respose I am very doubtful that I will ever receive my order.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $119.90 that I was charged.

Review: I ordered some letters and numbers for my football shirts 7 weeks ago I was informed after I emailed them to chase it that they still didn't have stock now I was never notified or told they had no stock a guy called Iain mcnee emailed and said it would be sent out in a few days this has now been 3 weeks I have since emailed asking what's going on and that I wanted to either get a full refund on my $110 express delivery which is an absolute joke or a full refund on the whole order as I've since found someone else that can get them to me in 3 days for 75% of the price. Also I have made about 10 phone calls from Australia at around 10-11am New Jersey local time and I get no answer I have left messages and sent emails since and have had no contact from the company regarding a refund or as to the whereabouts of my order.Desired Settlement: A full refund plus compensation for phone calls and the fact I've had to stay awake until 1am to call the company because they wouldn't reply to my emails

Review: I ordered a soccer jersey from The Onion Bag on Dec. 7, 2013. It never arrived. I called 3 different numbers for The Onion Bag. No one ever answered. The voice mailboxes were full or in one instance the call was routed to an offer from some other company. I sent 3 emails also and received no response. I received an order confirmation from The Onion Bag on December 7. I created an account with The Onion Bag where I was supposed to be able to track the order through UPS. For a week it said the order could not be tracked. Today, January 3, 2014, it says there is no order to check on. However, the payment to The Onion Bag was processed on December 7. I have started a process with [redacted] Bank to file a dispute. The order was for $119.90.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of 119.90 applied to the credit card I gave them for payment.

Review: I sent three soccer jerseys to Onion Bag following the instructions on their website. I contacted them at '[redacted]' asking for a quote on shirt printing, I received a response from [redacted] ([redacted]) quoting me $24.99 a shirt and a link to their website with instructions on how to send them the shirts. I shipped the shirts to them and they were delivered on 11/5/13 (confirmed by UPS). I didn't get a response for over a week, so I made my first attempt to contact them. I emailed and called, neither received a response. Over the next few weeks, I attempted to contact them multiple times; the phone has never been answered for any of my calls, only one email was responded to, and the response was that I would be contacted "next week" (this was the end of November). I have yet to hear back from them. I am out three soccer jerseys, all of which were expensive ($90 a piece) and mean a lot to me.Desired Settlement: I want my shirts back. Ideally I would get them back with the printing I requested, but I would settle for just getting my shirts back at this point.

Review: The item was purchased on 8/8/2013 and the owner [redacted] stated it would be received before 8/17/2013. It did not come until 8/30/2013. When I opened the package the number, letter and sleeve badges were iron on cheap plastic knockoffs. As per the Onion Bag website they use 1. Authentic player size SenCilia™ English Premier League letters and digits. Which is a felt like material. This is not what I received and this is fraud and dishonest business dealings.

I have contact they over 15 times via voicemails and sent numerous email with no response. I am going to send back the jersey and contact my credit card company to stop any payments to them.Desired Settlement: I think they need to send back my funds to credit card after I return the jersey. I am sending it back via usps with tracking number on 8/31/2013.

Review: I ordered an item from this company over a month ago. I have tried to track my item, call this company, e-mail them, and jsut find out where my item is. I am not the only person that is having this problem. Their social media sites (Facebook, Twitter) are full of unhappy customers who are getting ripped off and money stolen from them. I would like my items and a refund for all the stuff that I had to put up with. There are hundreds of people that have complaints and have not recieved their items yet. This company and the website needs to be shutdown for their horrbile business.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and or the item I payed for. Anything less is unacceptable and unfair.

Review: In late September 2013, I sent two soccer shirts to The Onion Bag for custom printing through their send us your shirt program. In the past, the company has processed the order, printed the shirt, and shipped it back to me within a week of receiving it. I received a call in late September to provide the company with my credit card information and my account was charged. However, I did not receive my shirts to this day. I've attempted to contact the company through email and phone to ascertain my order's status, but no one replied. I can't tell whether the company is still in business, but right now they are in possession of two of my jerseys totaling nearly $180 and the company has given me no indication of when I'll receive them, if at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my two jerseys returned to me immediately, along with a full refund and an apology from the company.

Review: Purchased from the on-line retailer, never received the product. Contacted the retailer multiple times without a response.Desired Settlement: The actual cost charged to me. $45.80

Review: I placed an order with this company. I received an e-mail confirmation of payment and that my order was being processed. In addition, my credit card was charged for the amount of the item and expedited shipping. I never received notification of shipment and the item was never received. When I tried to track my order through the link provided in the e-mail, it was a "bad hostname" obsolete link. This company took my money and never provided the product I ordered. In addition, they did not correspond with me at all regarding the resolution of this issue.Desired Settlement: The amount I paid for the product and shipping was $31.07, and I would like to be refunded.

Review: Order was place for a US National Team soccer jersey on 14Sep2013 and purchase amount was charged to credit card but product has never been delivered. Customer service, both via email and via phone call, is completely non-responsive/non-existent. Multiple emails (at least 5) have been sent to [email protected] per directions of the "Contact Us" section of the company's website whenever there are issues or questions with an order. No response received to date to any of those email messages. The customer service phone number provided [redacted]) is never answered and you cannot leave a message because their voicemail box is completely full. The line disconnects you automatically. It is now 18Oct2013 and there seems to be no way to get in touch with the company and it seems clear that the product ordered has never been/will never be shipped.Desired Settlement: Would prefer a refund of the amount charged to my credit card in lieu of receiving the product ordered. I would prefer to take my business elsewhere and get the item from a business that deserves my money.

Review: I corresponded via email with [redacted] from onionbag.com and inquired about their jersey printing services. Specifically, affixing letters and numbers to a soccer jersey. Mr.[redacted] provided me with a quote for the services, and we arranged for me to ship the jersey (which I already owned) and an order form with the specific instructions, to onionbag.com's location in New Jersey, with the understanding that onionbag.com would perform the services and then ship the jersey back to me.

I shipped the jersey via[redacted], and confirmed that it arrived on the afternoon of January 9, 2014. Over the following days, I attempted to contact onionbag.com via phone, email, twitter and facebook to inquire about the status of my order. Days turned into weeks and months with no sign whatsoever from the company or Mr[redacted]. Eventually the voicemail became unreachable and now the number just rings endlessly. The company website has disappeared. [redacted] account has been deleted.

I can provide documentation of my previous email correspondence with onionbag.com, as well as the [redacted] tracking information.Desired Settlement: I just want my jersey back.

Review: An order was placed on Dec. 17, 2013 in the total amount of $49.52. Fourteen items were purchased. Today is Jan. 21, 2014 and I still have not received my items. I have called numerous times and have only received automated messages stating their mail box is full, and when I did get through once, I left my information and they never returned my call. I have also emailed them and had a return message stating this company's email does not exist. I checked the shipping status by it states that there is no tracking information available. My checking account statement has shown that the amount of $49.52 has already been deducted, so therefore, my money has been taken and I am without my purchased items.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $49.52, which was deducted from my account.
