This email is in reference to Complaint # [redacted] , Dated Feb **, This is the second written notice that we received in regards to this issue I /we were under the impression that after our phone conversation, that this matter was laid to rest, but it seems that we received written correspondence after our conversationThis complaint was filed against our company for the difference in price of shipping fees that the customer paid and what it actually costs our company to ship it out All of our shipping prices are posted online and the customer actually chose the less expensive shipping method ground as the shipping option The priority mail rate was a higher rate than what was advertised online, but because the weather delays that week (due to the snow etc) we shipped it out priority mail, at no extra cost to the customer There was no fraud here, and this customer seems to want a refund for the difference in what they paid for our shipping services etc and the actual cost that it cost us Our company did nothing wrong, rather we expedited the shipment for them and had to switch carriers to get them their package in a faster manner....at no EXTRA cost Please assist us in resolving this and please feel free to contact me any time Thank you in advance for your assistance Kind regards [redacted]

this company needs to make money at the cost of a good reputation and knows that no one is going to do anything about their efforts to con the public. In essence, they just do not care about complaints and are more than willing to continue rooking the consumer.PS: Their candy is sadly lacking, also; I could have done much better for my money -- with a reputable dealer.Sincerely,[redacted]
