This mini golf course is dilapidated and a hazard to traverse. There are holes and tree roots growing through course fairways. Fairways and adjoining waterways are strewn with beer bottles and other garbage.
From the front, the impression presented is of a Dinosaur-themed mini-golf. However, after paying in advance, you are sent out a back door that does not provide access to the dinosaurs, but rather leads to a rundown course with no theme (other than the aforementioned garbage).
The owner was approached regarding the issues experienced. We were told we needed to "work around" their problems. There was no apology or offer of refund. I attempted to later post my experience directly to the company's [redacted] page -- but the business deleted my post without contact or explanation.
After some additional research, I have found it reported (on [redacted]) that pesticides have been seen in use at this location without proper notices/warnings posted. This is a location frequented by children. (I did not personally witness the pesticides, but think it advisable to consider before subjecting children to such hazards - be they physical or chemical - at this location.)

Review: The only game in town was holding a two day "Cupid's Revenge" event on February 13th and 14th. They encouraged people to buy tickets ahead of time and made it clear refunds would not be given for any reason. As the weekend approached and the weather service said there would be a storm over the weekend, the company sent out an e-mail saying they would honor Saturday ticket holders on Friday due to the possible storm. They also said if they did need to cancel, they would send out an email by 4pm Saturday and the event would be rescheduled for the following Saturday. On Saturday morning, an email was sent out saying they were changing their hours. They would open from 6-9:30 instead of 7-10:30. At the time this email was sent out there was already a blizzard warning in place. I called and asked if they were really still holding the event or is there a chance they would still postpone. They said there was a chance and to wait until 4:00 pm. It was snowing heavily before 4pm and yet they did not postpone the event. Shortly after, [redacted] posted of numerous accidents around the state and police were already warning people to stay off the roads. When my husband got home from work, he said the roads were terrible and he drove by one accident. Yet the event was still not postponed. At this point, we agreed our safety was more important than this event. I went onto the [redacted] page which was set up as "The Only Scream in Town," to say I was disappointed they did not postpone. I have a screen shot of my complaint and yes I did threaten to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. Maybe an hour later my post was deleted by the company. I scrolled through some of their posts and found out other people posted complaints, as well as an article from [redacted] about the accidents and warning to stay off the roads and they too said their comments were deleted. I have screen shots of all these comments. I can provide this proof if need be.Desired Settlement: This event should of been postponed. The blizzard warning was in place early Saturday and there was plenty of time for them to change their plans. I want a refund for myself and for all those who could not make the event due to the storm.

Review: On February 13th 2015, my boyfriend and I attended [redacted] at [redacted] in [redacted] and it was not a pleasant experience. This was supposed to be a haunted Valentine's Day themed exhibit. We drove an hour there, waited for an hour in line in the freezing cold to get in, and once we got in, the tour lasted a total of 5-10 minutes. The place was very poorly lit so we couldn't see much of anything. Although the event was mostly indoors, there were areas that were snow and ice covered and became slippery. Most of the actors weren't actually scaring people but instead, they were screaming and screeching in everyone's ears. In one of the lit rooms, the walls were completely covered in opened condoms and the female "actresses" that were in there were yelling profanities at the men that passed them such as, "I need your *private part* so badly." I found that to be very disgusting and unprofessional considering that there were mainly couples there and also a lot of teenagers. I tried to inform this business about my bad experience by sending an email to the director and he was very rude to me. He told me that I was intentionally trying to slander their good name, that I had no right to post about my horrible experience on Facebook for other people to see, and that I was welcome to come back in the future with a "fresh mental state." When my boyfriend posted a review about our experience on the business's Facebook page, the director publicly stated that my boyfriend was drunk that night and he had to be kicked out. Neither my boyfriend nor I had any alcohol that night and we most certainly did not get asked to leave. I feel as though the director was publicly trying to shame us for sharing our bad experience with the members of their Facebook page. All I wanted was to make the company aware of what occurred during my visit and instead I was embarrassed, defamed, and slandered on the internet.Desired Settlement: Although I was not looking to be refunded at all for my terrible night, I feel that I deserve it now due to being publicly embarrassed and slandered by the director, [redacted], of[redacted]
