The Orchards Apartments

Highly disappointed. I would never recommend this apartment complex. The corporation leads people in circles, and the office managers are no different. The people here are deceitful, and will purposely go out of their way to make life difficult. The maintenance staff would lie and say work was done making it a lengthy process to get anything fixed. Paperwork and payments are not properly handled or processed. The front office screens calls, and will literally hide when you try to make contact with them. I would not wish this complex on my worst enemy. After talking to other complexes around the area I was informed that The Orchard and RW Zukin have a negative reputation for both their business practices, and how they treat their tenants. I wish I would have known what a poor place it was to live prior to moving in. Be careful if you move in, because as they will tell you, nothing they do can be proven...
