I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The attachment is the screenshot of the message that Mike referred. In picture 2, it cleared showed that I asked if will it be the same cost for toilet AND kitchen sink. And his response was YES. "And" is a conjunction word meaning along, together. It does not mean per drain. And none of his message indicate the cost is per drain either until I got hit with this bill.He simply agreed 100.00+tax for toilet and kitchen sink together. On top of that, when the technician completed the job, he actually said it would be $100.00+49.95+tax. Then he changed his alibi after he spoke with Mike and insisted me agreeing $200 + tax. So it is simply they keep changing the price. FYI, his company advertise $49.95 but when I called he told me it is $100 and I still went for it. So I don't believe they have a set rule on how much per drain.Not just his advertisement is a fraud but he double charge me for what we agreed on.

[redacted] and I had correspondence through [redacted].  She asked how much would it be to clear a toilet, I told her $100 plus tax.  She then asked how much would it be to do a sink also, I said the same, meaning it would be $100 for the toilet and $100 for the sink.  She assumed I meant $100 for both.  How would I do a toilet for $100, and then do an additional job and not charge a customer.  She has tried to hurt my business not only on Revdex.com, but on [redacted].  She clearly was aware I said there would be an additional charge.  My technician was prompt, courteous and professional, completed the job, cleaned up and she signed the bill of sale which states, and I quote "This is to acknowledge of the above described work which has been done to my complete satisfaction".Sincerely,Mike S[redacted]

I spoke with [redacted] via [redacted] messaging. She ask me how much it would be to clear a toilet in Manhattan, I told her $100 plus tax. A few messages later she ask he he had to do a kitchen sink also. I told her it would be the same, she took it to mean $100 total. It was $100 per drain. She...

misunderstood the text. if I was charging her $100 for one drain, why would she assume I would do two drains for the price of one. We been in business for 5 years and we have never had an issue on pricing. I was very clear. Sincerely, Mike S[redacted]
