I wanted to outline STRATA Management's efforts to assist me a recent issue I encounteredI lost my fob and could no longer enter the buildingI contacted a neighbour who invited me to stay for supper and from there I immediately wrote an email to STRATA explaining my situation In a matter of a few hours STRATA had responded to my emails and arranged for a member of the condo board to let me into my unit where I had a second set of keys and a fobNot only were they extremely efficient, they went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me after-hours in a very understanding and compassionate fashion Within the next few days I had another fob cutA great thanks to STRATA who invested much effort in assisting meTheir professionalism ensured the situation was solved quickly and with the best outcome possible

Strata Management has now been our condo building's property management company for approximately two years and working with them has been nothing short of amazing

Clients facts are correct.  Kitchen install to last approx 5-7 days per contract and  installation was completed within that timeframe and kitchen rendered functional.  We did have one door bored incorrectly and four others that had...

imperfections from our supplier.  These doors were reordered ASAP.  I personally spent 30 minutes on the phone with Mr. [redacted] on July 21 at 4:09 PM apologizing for the five doors and letting him know that our project coordination team will resolve his issues as quickly as possible.  I understand we also had multiple issues with the same doors and should be installing them today.
 
While the situation with the few doors is unfortunate we never claim to be perfect.  But what sets us apart from our competitors is that we  follow up until the project is done.  This is what our team has done.  While we all would have liked everything to have been done perfectly the first time unfortunate things like this do happen.  All we can do is try to make them right.  We look forward to installing the clients doors today so client can enjoy thier kitchen in its entirety.  We appreciate the clients patience and patronage and hope they enjoy there kitchen for years to come!!

Review: The agreement was to have our kitchen job completed within 5 to 7 days. It now has been 3 1/2 weeks.

Today they were supposed to be completed with our kitchen after an unsuccessful attempt to correct many

problems and we had encounter with the wrong color doors, wrong doors ordered (2 left instead of wright and left)

still today we are missing 4 doors. Out of the 5 doors they were supposed to replace today only one was corrected

they other 4 pantry doors they had to take back.

Also they were not able to connect our dimmer as requested and it was in the contract.

We also have called the owner to get some answers and still no response.Desired Settlement: I want my kitchen completed and have the owner respond to at least one phone call. Very unprofessional.
