I am truly sorry that this customer did not feel my response was adequate enough. She wrote me an email stating her thoughts on my services. I responded immediately that I appreciated her taking the time to write to my and how much we appreciated good or bad comments as that is the only way to...

improve our services. I also indicated that I showed her comments to both the operations manager and to the mechanic/cleaning staff to review and make sure all trolleys are cleaned and ready for service. Of note, we do not advertise or offer AC and the windows do go up and down on all the vehicles. Again, I did answer right away and thanked her for your comments to help better our service.
