Review: On October [redacted], 2015, around 5:10pm. I was walking in [redacted], and decided to visit your Soupman location in [redacted]. I have never visited the establishment before, but heard good things, and wanted to try for myself.

I walked in and ordered a Shrimp Corn Soup. and some other items. The total came to $17.41. I received my food, sat, and started to eat. When I tell you, the soup was inedible, it was In-edible. The soup tasted old, and tasted as if it had been out past its expiration date.

I walked over to the man behind the counter, told him about the soup, and asked if there was a way to refund the money. I didn't want any other soup, because, that soup was the only one that I liked. The man said No. I told him the soup was bad, and that I'm unsatisfied with it. He said No, I'm not refunding. I said, I don't like the soup, why should I pay for something I don't like. He said exactly "[redacted]". Just like that. I couldn't believe him. How can someone be so Rude, and lack any sort of care, or even, any ounce of Customer Service. I understand, in media, this company is known for this type of Customer Care, but, in reality, I didn't expect this.

So, I contacted the Police and made an official report. They told me to take my complaint to the Revdex.com, however, I decided to write to you first.

I was completely embarrassed, and hurt. The man was mean, and treated me with such disrespect. This left me completely emotional over the whole ordeal, and I find this sort of Customer Service egregious, and unacceptable.

I thank you for taking the time in reading this and hope we can come to a resolution quickly.
