Ashlie’s medical insurance has already paid Ashlie $36.00 of the dental claim and that her dental insurance will only be paying us $76.00 of the original $234.00 dental claim. At this point there is a $76.00 credit on her account which we will gladly refund to her. We have also contacted the collection agency and have been assured that it has been removed from her credit report. Please see the attached letter from the collection agency.
