Review: I got measured for a knee brace on dec 31 2012 for my right knee.the knee brace was delivered to the doctors office on january the 7th.I finally got an appointment to receive the brace on feb. 23 and on that day the guy who was supposed to show me how to put the brace on canceled at the last moment.the secretary gave me the brace to take home or it would probably still be sitting there.I was never shown how to use the brace or adjust it.the secretary made the comment how this happens all the time.now I need a knee brace for my left knee and did not use there services because it takes so long and they do not instruct you on how to use it.I called donjoy knee braces and they sent there rep to measure me on aug. 27th.she informed me today that the orthopedic group can not fill out the insurance form until sept 16th.it is a simple form that takes only a couple minutes to fill out.I am being discriminated against because I called about the brace the first time and complained.the person in charge of the braces is the stepson of dr.baron.while they play there baby games I am suffering with pain and emotional distress.I may be wearinr my first brace wrong and it could be damaging my leg and they really dont care.Desired Settlement: I want my brace in a timely manner.it only takes a week if people are doing there jobs instead of playing there power games.my knee gets damaged more everyday without a brace.
