These guys were awesome! Got me exactly what I was looking for and it fit my budget! The Other Guys are a fine example of a professional establishment

In response to the complaint from *** ***, I, *** *** one of the partners at The Other Guys Automotive want to respond by saying first and foremost that *** *** or any other individual that has stepped foot onto the dealership has never in any way shape or form
been threatened. No person that is employed by The Other Guys Automotive would make a physical threat to a customer and I will stand behind that 100%As far as the license plates go, we sent them to the address that *** *** had designated and they got returned to us. *** called in and we arranged for her to pick them up at the dealership which she did. With the *** warranty, there was a mix up between the dealership and insurance company that caused some confusion but the warranty was paid in full and *** will be able to get a pro rated refund from ***. As far as the times she called in within an hour period, we were on the phones with *** trying to figure out what went wrong and she kept calling and calling despite *** informing her that we needed to talk to *** and find the root of the problem. These things take a little time and rest assured we solved the problem in a quick and timely mannerThe most upsetting thing about this complaint is that *** would dare to misinform the public on the practices and integrity of the dealership. We hold ourselves to a high standard and customer service is at the top of our list. Despite *** trying to slander our name and make allegations that we threatened her, she was the only person making threats in the officeSome of the comments that were made by a heated *** were, "Drive down the Iat MPH with no seatbelt and see how safe you feel", "If you guys are on one of the ** *** planes and it goes down in the Hudson River we will let you go down with the plane". This is an example of some of the comments she made that are appropriate to put up on here. She degraded one of our employees by flipping her off and almost swerved into our mechanic walking down the road, honked at him, then flipped him off as well. These threats were made in regards to her belief that the tires on the vehicle were not up to par. Our mechanic inspects every vehicle for safety and the tires were 100% safe and had a lot more life to go. *** is an emotional person that sometimes lets the moment get to her. We don't *** her for that but at the same time we don't want the statements she has provided to be detrimental to the growth of our business. We are coming up on units sold and have never heard a complaint about safety. We stand behind our product and our people 100% and would not let somebody like *** *** get in the way of how we do business

Wow, nice cars, nice men, and all good to look at when shopping! I had a wonderful experience with "the other guys" ! The Other Guys were not like the other guys...they were honest and helpful. My gf needed a new car and the other guys made it happen with a car we love!

They were great!! Told them my financial status and they did everything they could to get me to where I wanted to be. Great overall service. I would greatly recommend them.

The other guys automotive were very helpful to me while making a decision on my vehicle. The sales staff was very friendly even though my credit isn't the best. I was walking in expecting to not get done again but they were very knowledgable and I was able to drive away in my awesome new car. Thanks
