We hired ICMS to add a garage onto our house Mike was very prompt in getting a detailed proposal to us The price was fair and construction started on time He was not only thorough, but also easy to work with, and always willing to take the time to discuss our concerns and respond to questionsThe design ideas that were presented by Mike enhanced the look of our home We were so pleased with the outcome of the project that we recommended ICMS to our neighbor who is now having a sunroom added to their home

Yes we missed the first appointment and when the homeowner called he was the one who was rude to the girl in the officeI took the phone and asked him what he wanted to do we cant just dwell on what happened we need to see whats going to happenAnd yes we set it up for wed but when we were going to hang up he made another comment about our staffSo then I called the home warranty company because he is not my customer and he doesnt pay us for nothing and we told them we dont service customers like himI'm not going to go to a home and argue with any oneIt's my business and I have the right to service who I wantSo the home warranty should have called him, once I let them know it is up to them to let him know And we dont require anyone to be home as long as we have access to the pool equipmentSo it was by choice that he wanted to stay home from work and "waste" his timeI do not have to call the customer to discuss anything with himHe doesnt owe us anything and again he is not a customer of ours he is a home warranty customer besides if I call and he doesnt get his way all he is going to do is make another complaint For someone who's time is valuable sure does find the time to make an unnecessary complaint in a company he didnt even hireIf he has anything he needs to let me know he can call me directly [redacted] And again it is sad that the Revdex.com allows just anyone to file a complaint on any company by anyone who doesnt get their wayI should be upset that he waisted my day to respone to this complaintI actually have a life and a family that I would rather spend time with than make a complaint that got resolved by his home warranty company anywaySad sad life

First off we have finished what the homeowner has paid for he has a replastered pool, he has new tile, he has new heater, pump, booster pump and new valves and plumbing, we also did the start up on the swimming pool after plastering itThe cleaner is at the store and can be picked up and he can install it since we didnt charge him for installationThe homeowner had us replace the grids in his filter and we did and have not yet been paid on them at all that amount is When we installed the equipment he failed to tell us that there was no breaker for the equipment and we installed that and he didnt pay extraWe also start maintaining his pool it started turning green From him not maintaining it he has yet to pay for that and yet he wants money back I will gladly remove $in equipment because the pool is clear it needs to be vacuumed and he wants us to install a backwash line because he failed to mention that his is clogged and when we backwashed it, it nearly blew up the filterAll the work that he states hasnt been done is the extra work that he hasnt paid for I can easily place a mechanical lien on his home by law and it will triple the price that he owesThen he for sure wont be able to sell his home until that is paid for And the little bit of cleaning that he wants done doesnt even amount to $The equipment is running and the pool is clear I have the signed reciept from him showing what work was done and the items he his complaining about are all the extras he has added onI don't see how people think they can get stuff for freeI will ship is cleaner to his house if not picked up by today

This customer is never gonna be happy no matter what he gets. He stating that this doesn't resolve his complaint but he is not asking for anything. All he wants is for him to get his way. As if he was a child cry cry cry till mommy gives him what he wants. I can easily file harassment on him and end this real quick. Just because he is filing a complaint through the Revdex.com does not exclude him from harassment charges. He does not understand that he cannot be rude to people and get his way. Yes I took the phone in mid conversation but you are not going to call being rude especially to a female his mother should be ashamed that she didn't raise him with more respect. And how he talks to women is how one day his mother, wife and/or daughter will one day reap the rewards of his karma.  Like I said he can easily call me if he has something to say. And we will be contact the home warranty tomorrow and just as the last customer that acted this way their contract was cancelled. As will we contact the Revdex.com and demand this client be halted for harassment

Project: Built an Addition on my home 24x22

Comments: I hired ICMS to build me a living room because my Mother In Law can not go down steps I needed a room so she could transfer safely from one room to another without falling Mike and his guys gave me just what I needed for her safety. They were very clean and everyday cleaned up before leaving. Very up to date on colors, Fixtures and modern aspects of what I wanted. I just Love my new Addition and would hire ICMS again Mike and his crew are great and very honest and trust worthy. I would not hire anyone else to build for me except Mike and his crew.

What doesnt make sense is that he spent this money and time returning the pool back to swimable conditions but was unable to have a swim party as stated. We did let the previuos tech that was maintaining Mr. [redacted] pool go and have been playing catch up for...

the past 2 weeks. We did let him know this and he was aware. We did service the pool on 5/6/14 as stated in our records which also gets emailed to him. Now I did mention in an email that I would return to him the amount of the times not serviced but I am not going to support anybodies drinking habits as he mentioned in his email that he wanted a return for the beer he purchased. Also the it rained all day on Memorial Day so not really sure how anybody was going to swim but after reading this he will probably say it was suppose to be on Sunday, but I quote he said in his complaint " I said it was quite important as we were having a Memorial Day Swim Party"  key word being Memorial Day. And this week would be the 3rd week so we only missed 2 weeks.  This customer has not provided any reciepts showing what he has purchased nor has he shown before and after dated pictures of how the pool looked.. We do not pay anything based on hear say. I could file my own report for someone who is trying to scam us but Im a little more grown up than that and will pay what is owed to the customer.
