I am rejecting this response because: Nothing has happenedMiguel wrote an email to you, and to meHe did not include dates by which he would do what he saysI have not had any communication with him in any form other than his empty emailThis has been going on since the middle of NovemberHe has promised to deliver invoice and a refund many multiple timesI feel this is a Miguel delay tacticWe have been through this MANY timesI am looking for a detailed accounting of materials delivered and materials that were installed that he removed from my yard and used on another project and the immediate return of the entire deposit I gave him in November.

The complaint is inaccurate I did ask for a deposit, that is standardThe job was completed in a timely manner as promisedI collected the final amount due when the job was doneThe job was completed in full and I was paid in fullThe concrete failed and cracked in some spotsI told the
home owner I would repair it as she has a year warranty for the work we didI am willing to do as I promised and fix itBut I have to say that this complaint is not accurate I have photos of the job completely donePatio, stone wall and walkwayNo permit is required to do such work at the propertyThe cost of the walkway was $no where near half the jobI'm sorry things got to this levelI am willing to fix it or refund the $I charged for the walkway

I am rejecting this response because:Although the sidewalk is the majority of the work that isn't complete, there are other parts that were left unfinished as well. My down spout in the rear of the house was not complete. There was never a pipe put in to access the irrigation system. The down spout in the front of the house was buried but the pipe is sticking out from the concrete in the air, unsupported, uncut and very tacky. This is definitely not approved by the HOA. There are piles of concrete chunks in the front and the rear of the house that were never cleaned up. There are cracks, hallow sections, and uneven surfaces throughout the whole walk. I also paid for fiber to used in the concrete throughout the patio and sidewalk but because they messed up and had to remove sections, they replaced it with concrete mixed in a wheel barrel rather than from the concrete truck and no fiber was used. (My neighbors watched them do this and even asked if they needed to borrow proper tools to do the job right which they refused)  There is also a section on the patio that needs to be fixed or it will cause damage to my foundation. This was poor workmanship! If he has pictures of a COMPLETED job site, it isn't my property. I have pictures to backup all of my complaints. I have a voicemail and text messages to prove that he isn't done with the work. I have asked for him to come back and fix it and he hasn't shown up. Once again, I have messages to prove how many times I have asked for him to come back and how he keeps blowing me off. So although he "says" he will come back to fix it, he hasn't shown up. I want my entire patio and sidewalk to be completed correctly or I want a full refund for the inconvenience. If this is the type of work this company does, it shouldn't be allowed to continue business!
