Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The zipper doesn't work properly and I am not satisfied with what the jacket looks like, that in itself should be enough to accept my dissatisfaction with their productMaybe other people who like the jacket don't mind the writing on it, I however, do not like it and am not happy with the jacketIts not about the money, it's about customer satisfaction! If there was a similar jacket with a working zipper, and not written all over it, I'd be more than happy to take thatI ordered a jacket because I wanted a wind proof, water resistant jacket, I didn't order it to return it Regards, [redacted]

Hello,We appreciate the customers response and acknowledge her concern, however, we have products that we sell that are made to orderThey are the Telelens for Smartphone and the Waterproof Solar Phone Charger, those are also the only products that we ship directly from our headquarters in *** **. This customer ordered the Solar ChargerOnce the charger is ordered, we prepare the device and ship out to each customer that orders them. We look forward to hearing the response from this consumer

We have rave reviews on this product and people love themIt does work. We have asked this customer to please fill out a return request because it makes it easier to process a return if we get them by having the return request in our systemThe order number is sent via the order confirmation
email after purchaseWe ask that this customer fill out a return request and we will grant the return. We need this done because it will give the customer a Return authorization number to put on the packageThe customer will receive a refund minus the shipping costs as shipping costs are non-refundableWe are not a scam and have quality products that people love. Once the request is in, it takes a maximum of hours to hear back about the notificationWe explained this in our email to the customerWe also didn't say he couldn't return it, we simply asked for him to please fill out a return request with the order number and email of the person who purchased so we can apply the proper return and credit to the proper order

I am rejecting this response because: First of all, I know how to use a zipper, this one did not work properly, periodWhen I purchased the jacket, no where did it show writing, there was no picture of the back available when I purchased the jacket.Clearly, customer service is not a priority with The Outdoor Spirit, and it's easier for you to take advantage of the consumer than resolve the issue, SAD!

This is one of them. Because this product is made to order, it is currently not returnable at this time but will be in the future. We tried to explain this to this customer and resolve any problems before she sent this complaint in. We we look forward to the response to this and resolve this complaint. Thank you.

We have approved the return and have provided the consumer with a return authorization number. Please include that number on the package and once we receive the return, we will process the refund to the correct account. The refund takes 3-5 business days to hit your account. Hello, We examined the jacket upon receiving from the customer and determined that the jacket zipper works just fine and zips just fine. Our product page the customer bought from also shows and says what is on the jacket here: http://theoutdoorspirit.com/product/cycling-jacket As you can...

see, the product page clearly shows there is Tour de France writing on the front and back of the jacket, it is even listed in our product description. The customer knew what was on the jacket before she purchased. Our return policy here: http://theoutdoorspirit.com/pages/return-policy also states that refunds are not guaranteed. We feel that the customer should read the full description go through the pictures before purchasing as it clearly shows what is on the jacket. We are not going to give the customer her $60 back and we feel we have the right to not give a refund, especially since what is on the product that was purchased was clearly stated on the page itself before the product was bought. We feel the evidence submitted rests our case on this matter and that we have done nothing wrong. We simply stated to the customer that no refund would be issued upon receipt of the jacket. Attached are screenshots of the pictures on the product page and the description where it says that it is a Tour de France cycling jacket.
