Thank you for your responseI was not told about ANY special frame needed when matter purchaseThe company delivery the mattress and set up with a regular store frame (they were aware this would void any warranty and believe it is possibly deliberate to switch the mattress I thought I was being sold and later state I violate the warrenry for not using the correct frame/I paid themn to set up bed with all equipment required ?) When the frame broke about month later it took some time for them to come and then tell me this mattress required a special frame?My issue is why they did not not sell me the special frame at time of purchsse, money was not the issue and I would have brought whatever was necessary; have back problems so want good bedding to sleep onI am not just comlaining abour poor customer service but dishonesty in what was sold to meI want to get a replacement, store credit or a refundThank you for looking to this matter [redacted] ***

Hello at the time of inspection we noticed the mattress and foundation did not have proper support Mr [redacted] has a king mattress set with a broken center support on the metal frame It is imperative that all king mattress sets have Center support on the bed frame As a courtesy we delivered and setup a new metal frame at a discounted price of $ Also advised Mr [redacted] that due the mattress not getting proper support it is likely the mattress company will not honor its warranty It clearly stated on his warranty paperwork [redacted]

It's funny when the victim is the business and the consumer needs to file a complaint 1. The mattres set was delivered and the customer did not sign the finance forms for The outlet get paid by *** 2. It took the customer weeks to inform us that she is
not going to sign the documents because she can't afford payments The customer was simply trying to commit fraud and scam us of the mattress set. The finace company reached out to her as well. She simply did not comply nor answer her call, and did not response to our emails and calls. As a business we were going to write this off as a loss. But due to her escalating this matter we may opt to take her to small claims court for the mattress being returned in a unsaleable condition We had no choice but to try to repo the bed Luckily the police office informed her that you cannot have product that has yet to be paid for. She finally agreed to have us pick it up. On the day of the pickup she made excuses that she will not be home, but we were persistent and showed up to her home to compensate a I sellable product. We are the victims here I have witnesses and employees that will confirm what happened I am on vacation and will be back on October 9th So if you need additional information then we can certainly have a phone conversation ***

Mrs*** our store can not accept your offer Per our letter we have already made an attempt to deliver the upgraded foundations. Also as a courtesy we waived the service charges on that attempt which you refused. The box spring were an upgrade as described in the letterAs per the terms of warranty you are responsible for freight and transportation cost. Our final offer is to bring the new box springs to your door step. Our staff will not enter your home. Instead of the $charge, we are requesting you pay $40. By the way we do not want the risk of any more claims made by you and your husband about our company so therefore we will not enter your home. I hope you will accept our final offer. ***

I am attaching letter mailed out to Mr ***. I will copy and paste as well. By the way the claim of the box spring/foundaton being floor model and inferior are incorrect. Letter to Mr*** was mailed out on Dec 8th 2016. Dear Mr & Mrs***First of
all your warranty with the mattress and the foundation is through Corsicana Bedding that is clearly stated on your invoice. Also on your warranty card that was included in the mattress states that you are responsible for service, freight charges in case of the product being defectiveWe are a dealer of the mattress that you purchased at our store. After visiting your home on November 11th I discovered your mattress warranty is void due to your mattress being stained and soiledThe reason we were there was to inspect your cal king foundationsAfter inspecting your foundations, I offered to upgrade you to new foundation made by Serta to get rid of the squeaky noise On November 19th our staff showed up to your home to exchange the foundations. The delivery was refused due to your claim of the foundations being less than inches and the fabric color not being similar fabric, and the foundations being used. On November 24th around 3pm we spoke, and I requested you come the store to resolve what ever issues there are. Mr & Mrs*** you both arrived about minutes later and I walked you to the warehouse to show the foundations that were on the truck to be delivered. You made the claim that the foundations were less than inches, but I measured the foundations with you and they were inches. At that time you informed me that you wanted a foundation that make it difficult for your cats to not tear the black fabric on the bottom of the foundation. Mr *** is wondering around our warehouse and discovers another foundation which he identified as the one he would like it to be exchanged for. The foundation he prefers is Navy blueThen I confronted Mr& Mrs*** that you made a huge deal with foundation not matching, and the claim of it being used, and smaller than inches were all excuses and false. I offered you Mr & Mrs*** to pay the difference of $to exchange to the preferred foundation by Mr*** After already making the initial attempt to exchange foundations I informed Mr & Mrs*** that they are not being reasonable because they requested that I waive the $80Then you Mrs*** made a claim that she feels threatened due my hand gestures. At that moment I informed Mrs*** that you are on camera, and Mr*** is standing here next to you and I have no reason to threaten you what so ever I also confronted Mrs*** that I overheard her on phone cursing and extremely irate towards our company over the phone. Obviously after this claims I asked you guys to leave our storeOn November 28th we received a fax from you Mr& Mrs*** requesting that I waive the $difference or they would take our company to small claims court and leave us negative reviewsVoicemail messages were left on the November 28th and 29th to reach you guys to resolve our differences.On November 30th I received a call from you Mrs*** on my cell phone giving me a ultimatum that we waive the $or they will take our company to small claims court and give us negative reviews. So I informed Mrs*** that I will call them back later after I arrive at workA few hour later I left Mr& Mrs*** a message that I am willing waive the $difference in exchange for positive reviews. All I asked is that they leave the positive reviews prior to delivery. If they were not interested in giving good reviews then our company will stand behind the $to upgrade your foundationsMy offer to you is no different than what you had requested on your fax on November 28th. On December 8th we receive a very disturbing fax which you again are threatening to take our company to small claim court, negative review, and Call Curtis if we do not refund $for your mattress set including postage fees that you had purchased on May 25th of 2015.Also on the letter you are personally attacking me (*** ***) and that is very hostile and unethical. Obviously after receiving this letter it seems that our company is the only one trying to compromise to resolve this matters. Our last offer to resolve this matter is that you pick up the replacement foundation that you prefer from our store in Natomas. If interested all you have to do is inform us which day you are bringing your old Cal King foundations to our facility at Del Paso Rd Ste 150, and you will get the foundation that you prefer If this is not acceptable then we simply cannot come to an agreementI look forward to your response

I am rejecting this response because: Never did I say I can not afford the payment on the bed I stated that I was not paying $dollars for a mattress that is only work $1200, bottom line is that I paid before I had even received the merchandise, the police was ONLY involved because I called them and no I had told them to pick up the bed set a time for them to pick it up and they showed up almost a hour late and I was not home, when I went into the store another customer was there no employees was they sent people to my residence and said they would commit fraud and start taking money out of my account dailyI'm not the first person to complain about how unethical this company is and it's sad when the owner wasn't around so knows nothing not to mention my contract was blank! I was speaking with the rep from *** *** and had left messages for him as well as speaking with him after they picked up the mattress I had every intention on keeping and paying for it, when I walked in the store the OWNER stared calling me a broke ***, *** and a long list of other names

I am rejecting this response because: Several reasons you promised us [redacted] the upgraded new box springs delivered that has not happened.  This is taking a very long time and very time consuming and stressful.Let's get this resolved before Christmas for all parties concerned [redacted].  I am sure also you don't want to spend anymore time on this issue as well.As you know, [redacted] had full hip replacement last year, now currently he has sciatica (pelvis pushed forward onto the nerve, as the same side as new hip.)  Dr. does not want him lifting at all. We found out this is a common problem for hip replacement patients.  And [redacted] is in pain.Also, we do not own a van or a pickup.IF you provide us this year the new upgraded box springs that are new with the plastic bumpers on the corners and netting in tact and not torn, we will accept that if it is delivered, set up and old ones removed.  That would be the ones [redacted] picked out in the back warehouse or something equal or better.Also, if this is completed in a timely fashion and a good product that does not squeak, we promise in writing that we will close the Revdex.com case personally and on top it not leave any reviews negative or otherwise on YELP, GOOGLE or otherwise..Let us know asap.Thanks,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: when I purchas mattress, I was told all equipment was included to set up. On day if delivety, I paid then out of pocket but was told unable to get ready receipt for additional need. I did not think much of it just poor busineas management and to get a few more dollars from me. I still had problems and when they came out I was stolen heavy duty equipment for mattress. Why was this not offer up front? Perhaps could haveavoid all these problems and this compliant .

Review: I was approved for a credit line of 3500 through [redacted] through The Outlet, I paid 157.47 before I left they delivered the bed that Saturday the contract I signed said 1356.25 was the total I would be paying then the contract they sent to me said 2204.51 I then called and said I'm not paying 2200 for a mattress, he asked me to text my social and date of birth, I stated I was not giving my personal information via text, I get a text on September 9,2015 saying if I didn't come in today being Sept 9 2015 then he would think I'm trying to pull a fast one, I then called several times no answer I texted stating they can pick up the mattress, they text saying they are on they way and my doorbell rings moments later, I ask for the 157.47 back they tell me I have to go to the store and pick it up, I go to the store and I'm on the phone with my mom and cousin and I say if people are smart they won't buy from here, the owner is in the back of the store I walk to the counter and ask for the 157.47 and he replies oh you are the trouble maker, I said trouble maker no but I'm here because I was told I had to come on for my money he then replies [redacted] get out my store you [redacted] get the F out my store you broke [redacted]... and so on I asked who he was calling a [redacted] he replied you get the F out my store. Not to mention my 4 year old niece and another customer in the store... My mom and cousin both on the phone while this went on, I walked out the store and immediately called the police, which was dispatched out.Desired Settlement: I feel that one they should be held accountable for the original agreement in the amount of 1356.25 and that they should have some kind of recourse for the lack of customer service and disrespect.
