Review: This complaint is in regard to order #[redacted]. On 3/*/15, I ordered a leather jacket from this website listed as being "gray/green" in color. Upon receipt of this item, the manufacturer's tag labeled the item as being "bottle green," and the color of the jacket corresponds with the manufacturer's label. I have contacted the company 3 times through email, asking to be sent an RMA# (return), and I expressed my concern that the color of the jacket as they advertised it was not consistent with the product that they sent; they misrepresented the color of the jacket on their website. They have not responded to any of my attempts to contact the company.Desired Settlement: The company misrepresented the product that they were selling to consumers, I would like a refund in full.

Review: I placed an order for a jacket online from [redacted] (it said there was only one jacket left in size UK 4). I received a confirmation for my order. When I went back to check the status of my order, saw that it had been cancelled. I talked to customer service via chat and they told me that my transaction was not authorized and that I should call my credit card company. I called and the credit card company said the transaction was authorized and that the outnet cancelled it and put the money back. I should also point out that this same situation happened to my husband a few months back with this same company. I am concerned that this is some kind of not fair advertising or a way to get my information. The jacket now says it is back in stock and there is only one left. My transaction was cancelled by the outnet for no reason, after it had gone through, and they did not notify me about this. I am concerned and upset that I wasted time and I want to have an honest response regarding why they simply cancelled my order after it was authorized.Desired Settlement: I want an explanation of why they cancelled my order after it had been authorized by my credit card company and also why they did not notify me about this.

I'll start at the beginning, on September [redacted]/2015 I called in to place an order for a dress featured on the website. The first and second girl I dealt with were both very kind and I could tell they did their best to please me, but it was all downhill from there. I decided that when I had to continuously correct my address with them that it would be safer if I tried to place my order online as it would be an expensive mistake to ship to the wrong address. I had confirmation that they were not adding my address correctly to the site when I logged into my profile to see what my current saved addresses were. So I eventually placed my order on the night of the [redacted] and I received an order confirmation right away. Well with 3-4 day shipping I decided to log into my account the next day to see where my order was and if it had shipped out yet, it turns out they decided to cancel my order and not one single effort was made to contact me with a reason why or a solution to fix the problem. I spoke to an associate who was only bright enough to tell me that 'the bank didn't authorize this transaction' when in fact I was on the phone with the credit card company the night before when placing my order and they indeed did authorize this company to put an order through. With the somewhat helpless customer service I received I decided to not get the dress. Fast forward to October [redacted]/2015. I decided to try again and purchase the same dress except with a different credit card under a different company to see if that would make a difference. Again, same story. I ordered the dress and received confirmation of my order right away. Later that day I went to check the status of my order to discover again that it had been cancelled and that not one single customer service agent had reached out to me to explain why it was cancelled or what I could do to fix the problem. Again, I spoke to a rather "cold" associate who was absolutely no help and told me that the credit card company didn't authorize this transaction. So with this associate's little help she was able to provide I decided to again contact my bank and see if they could help me out a little. Well when I called they informed me that indeed my card had been charged and not only did they charge it once but TWICE for an order that I will not be receiving. I am furious. Clearly there is nothing wrong with the card if they can put the amount of that dress through it twice. I called the customer service line right away only to be put on with again an associate who couldn't provide me with any answers as to what sort of mistake this was and who was going to be fixing it. I finally was able to get through with the supervisor on for the night to be told the exact same thing about how the order was cancelled and they didn't have any payments from me. I do not see any reason for my credit card company to lie to me about what charges are on my card so something very, very scandalous is going on with this company. I insisted that she fix the problem tonight considering how serious of an error this was and call me back within the hour which she never did. I have plans to file a fraud report if these charges are not removed within the next couple of days.
