We responded to his email on August 1st, then again on August 15th*** walked him through a step by step process of what to checkAnd told him that if nothing shows up that he would have to take the unit to a local dealer close to his
location or bring the unit back to us so that we can inspect the unit to diagnose the problem
Regarding the complaint about the items, the manufacturer had made some minor changes to the interior and did not notify usForest River (manufacturer) reserves the right to do thisWe made the extra effort to make the changes and add what the customer wantedThis was done at our costOne of the items they wanted was a stainless steel fridgeThe fridge was never a stainless steel optionIt had a light colored wood grain panel insertThe manufacturer just changed the color of the insert panel
Bottom line is that we tried our best to please the customer and obviously our effort was not appreciated
We apologize for any inconvenience and are glad to hear that you were able to get it fixed at a local dealer

their advertised pictures showed all of the items and claimed it was the trailer we were buyinga response to how to fix the furnace in detail came days after I complained to the Revdex.comwhat a huge coincidence that they suddenly cared after my complaint it is advertising if you showed all of the items on the internet and it was the wrong trailerall of the numbers identifying the trailer indicated it was the same one we boughtthe paperwork we got with the trailer indicates that a stainless package was suppliedthe picture showed a stainless steel fridge so I don't know how they claim it to be differentOverall they ignored my requests for help and I am deeply dissapointed but will not need to have any further dealings with them

Our service department responded via email on 8/1/and again on 8/15/I can provide a copy of the email however it does list the consumer's email address so I have chosen to not attach itLooking at the Revdex.com processing the consumer did file his complaint on 8/14/However we were not notified until 8/17/of the complaintWe responded to the Revdex.com complaint on 8/18/See copied information from the fileThe accusation that we waited to email him back till Revdex.com was notified is inaccurate as we had no idea the complaint was filed

Attached are two filesThe first one is the MSRP from Forest RiverIt lists the items on the trailer the consumer purchasedHighlighted in the Limited Package is a "Stainless Kitchen Suite Appliance Package" This package includes the Microwave, Oven and Range HoodThe Refer is not part of this package and has never beenNote that on the bottom of the sheet Forest River has stated that they reserve the right to changes without notice or obligations
The second attachment is a copy of the picture the consumer is talking aboutYou can clearly see that there is a wood grain pattern in the insert on the fridgeIt is a very light grain color which was changed by Forest RiverIt is not a stainless steel referWe were not able to change it for the consumer as it is not even available from Forest River
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to the consumer by the changes made by the manufacturerWe made an extra effort when the consumer was at our facilities to "fix" these changesThis was done at our cost as Forest River reserves the right to make changes and will not accept obligation
We apologize for the furnace not working properly and the inconvenience to the consumerWe are glad to hear that the consumer was able to get it fixed at a dealership close to his location as he did not want to return the unit to us to have it checked out
