I am [redacted] of [redacted] and [redacted] I was working in my WR location when it was brought to my attention that Bri received subs with cheese when she was allergic a #and a # We made her new sandwiches,she picked them up through the drive thru and I personally was at window when we handed them out I promoed her meal.The next week I was working in my SP location when my [redacted] Toni received a call stating that the woman is "deathly" allergic to cheese and received cheese on her subs She felt terrible, and we told her to come in that morning to get new subs When I heard the sandwich numbers of #and #again, I thought something was up.I called Dawn my WR [redacted] and asked the name of the person from last week Sure enough same first name Bri,but she gave us a different last name and called with a restricted number.I myself handed her the sandwiches out the DT window (again free) and said hi you had this same issue in WR last week? She stated that she did not,but I myself recognized her and her car.She also called my JJ business coach and he sent her a free gift certificate.When I received this Revdex.com letter, I called Bri and told her she is not welcome at my stores and I was calling to make a police report.I contacted WR police and they told me it is my right as a business owner to refuse service to anyone We are choosing to refuse service to Bri and the police officer told her she is not welcome at the stores.I heard from my n [redacted] that Bri was in the other night,again causing issues I would like this record for the police as she is not welcome and we are choosing to refuse her service.I can have both my [redacted] s and the police make a statement if necessary.I gave her free meals values at around $

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] They did offer me two free meals, but I never claimed them so that's a lieI haven't stepped foot onto Jimmy Johns property since the initial incident happened 8/4/So I don't know why *** *** is harassing me wth her personal phone saying I toook free stuff from them and tried to do it at another location because I haven't been to that or any other Jimmy Johns since it happenedThe ** offered me the free meals and said I could come whenever and I said OK BUT I never went back because I was still mad about all of it but at least she reached out eventuallyI also got a $gc from corporate a week before I got called for the free meals but I did not spend that either I would like *** *** to be to be professional and talk to me like an adult and hear me out because all they seem to do is make up lies to make it look like this is all my fault.

I returned a product that was defective along with my receipt. They would not refund my money or even tried to make it right by me because the product was opened. How else was I to know that the product was defective???
