I am rejecting this response
because: While understand what the owners are saying about these repairs should have been reported prior to moving in , I did call and report these many times It was time for us to move in and I continued to contact them to make these repairs .it's not like I bought a used home.This is a new one .and it's not like I' m asking for a lot of repairs I am only asking for a few thing to be repairs before they are too late for the new age of our house I get the feeling that the owner believe since we are Vietnamese that we don't understand warranty and/ or rights.I am just asking for things to be fixed that needed repair before we moved in.we are asking for nothing moreMy ID #***

This house closed 3/23/15.Our warranty is backed by [redacted] It states: Builder will correct readily apparent splits, cracks, hammer marks, and exposed nail heads, only if documented prior to occupancy. Sincerely,[redacted]
