Mr. [redacted] has been followed up by myself ( [redacted] Property Manager), Regional Vice President and Regional Maintenance Director in regards to this situation. Communication with Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] has been numerous times throughout July (17th, 28th, 29th), August (6th, 7th, 13th, 21st,... 25th) , September (4th, 5th), October (10th, 13th, 18th, 22nd, 23rd, 28th, 29th) and November (3rd, 5th, 6th, 10th, 18th, 19th). The ozone treatment video was shown to Mr. [redacted] and as well as an appointment was made for our Regional Maintenance Director to view the apartment, which was completed on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 3:00pm. Upon inspection of this apartment, there were no moisture occurrences found. A professional duct cleaning company was contracted, as an additional step, to clean the HVAC system and was completed on Thursday, November 6, 2014. We have communicated in detail with Mr. [redacted] in the steps that have needed to be completed and have accomplished those steps in helping resolve Mr. Saccaro’s concerns of his apartment home.
