I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was never informed I can not driver a loaner car as I was put down as a second driver and it was under my insuranceI have driven loaner cars back to them plenty of times while mines was there getting fixed with no problem and without nobody saying anything to meI just want my car fixed before my warranty is up in August so I won't never have to deal with Honda city again
