BMW WINDOW TINT AND ALARMS June 4, [redacted] Re: ID# [redacted] ***PH [redacted] Revdex.com CORPORATE OFFICE [redacted] ** [redacted] *** ph [redacted] P.O.CEMAIL: [redacted] To whom it may concern: Please find enclosed documents and attachments, in response to claimant's frivolous allegations as cited in Revdex.com Reference ID # [redacted] BMW Window Tint and Alarm, do hereby deny any and all allegations contained in the above fore mentioned Revdex.com claim brought by claimant Respondents Response and Rebuttal Claimant states that her audio system (amp, subwoofers, and subwoofer box) did not work properly Claimant was questioned at the time claimant was cashing out; claimant was escorted into the bay area here she had the opportunity to sit in her vehicle and gave her an audio system test Claimant confirmed that she was satisfied, claimant cashed out and drove away satisfied Claimant stated that she made an appointment for her installation, this is not true Once claimant's application was approved we began installing ceramic window film and audio system It is our policy that No Appointments are necessary depending on the workload BMW Window Tint was contacted by SNAP Financial Services, stating that the claimant's application was denied because of a particular percentage for approval It must be a product that which can be repossessed for non-paymentFurthermore all employees can estimate a completion time, as this is poisted in respondents lobby area Respondent spoke with a [redacted] at SNAP Financial MsNicole stated it is not SNAP Financial standard practice of divulging past business dealings with a person other than the owner (s) and or his designee Respondents request for a polygraph examination at claimant's expense for the veracity of any and all statements, photographs, recordings, and witness affidavits Respondent will incur the cost of BMW Window Tint and Alarms polygraph, as claimant would be response for its own polygraph examination Claimant notified respondent about smoke in her car Respondent told claimant to bring in the vehicle Repairs were offered, accepted, conducted and respondent paid for towing Claimant failed to make payments Respondent contacted claimant concerning her missed payments Claimant informed respondent that she would be there the following Tuesday Claimant did come in to make her payment She complained about static so respondents pulled her vehicle into the bay area where respondent had to have the vehicle vacuumed and cleaned again ($charge for detailing no charges incurred) because the vehicle was unsanitary and unhygienic to work in Claimants vehicle was then scanned and found that an amp wire was loose, then respondent reattached the wire Claimant left the premises playing the system with no problem Claimant's audio system was properly working the entire month of April Claimant used vulgar, profane and demeaning language to where respondent called SrPartner to the business The owner arrived and attempted to settle and or quell any and all disputes or concerns Claimant continued to be belligerent and irate, respondent requested claimant to vacate the business location Respondent asserts that all policies and procedures are prominently p9osted in well-lighted areas, with nothing obscuring the view of all posted signs and notices Claimant is not eligible for an exchange or credit, claimant received a package deal due to claimant's initial SNAP application being deniedRespondent felt obligated to work out a payment plan and discount the package ddealClaimant purchased audio system and ceramic Furthermore respondent avers that claimant, came into the shop days after calling and requesting another troubleshoot, because the amplifier had been moved Respondent's initial mount would not allow the amp to move by itself When questioned by respondent concerning the amp being moved Claimant averred that one of her male friends looked at the amp and subwoofer and stated it's probably the speakers When respondent attempted to test out a different set of subwoofers, claimant began to rant and rave and was asked to leave the premises Claimant adhered to said request.Thank you for allowing respondent an equal opportunity to address the aforementioned allegations brought by claimant Respondent deny and and all said allegations as false, untrue, unfounded and frivolous in content and context and therefore hereby be dismissed with prejudice and deny all allegations.Respectfully submitted, [redacted] - owner [redacted] co-owner [redacted] - ManagerCC: File Revdex.com Claimant
