To Whom It May Concern:
In response to *** *** Customer Complaint - I am sorry to hear that he had a
poor experience at our facilityI tried to answer Mr*** concerns the day of the
"incident"I offered Mr*** several items
in return for his "poor" experienceMr
*** was offered to play on another field with he and his friends with my safety
refereeI made every attempt to appease Mr***He was offered passes to
come back and play another dayHe was offered a full refund for not only himself, but
also his friendsI made every attempt to help resolve the situation and Mr***
turned down all of the offers
Although Mr*** said his experience was not satisfactory- he was unwilling to
accept any of the items he was offered even though the offers were the exact items he
requested
Please be aware Mr*** account of events on this particular date is not
consistent with our staff, or the safety at our parkThis also includes speaking with other
customers the day of the "incident"Our facility is safely managed and our customer
service goes above and beyond

Review: on august 30th me and a group of my friends went to the paintball park at Miramar. we did not want to play with other players that did not chronograph there paintball markers, per the ref [redacted] and the manager ([redacted] these player are regulars and there for are not required to chronograph there paintball markers. this was directly brought to the attention of the ref ([redacted] before the UN-chronograph players started their first game, the ref refused to chronograph the players and rather then ref the game decided to play himself. we as a group refused to play with the players that dint chronograph their paintball markers so we tried to play by our self's as we did before anyone else had arrived at the paintball park. we were not allowed to play by our self's because their was only one ref and he was ether busy reffing or playing. I approached the manager ([redacted] he also said the the group in question did not have to chronograph because they are regulars. he lied to my face two times and said this group had chronograph their paintball markers. at this point our group did not want to play with people who would not chronograph their markers, so I told the manager ([redacted] to let us play on our own with or without a ref or refund us, he refused all. so I called his manager ([redacted]. at this point most of our group so bleeding from wounds from those players in question, have had enough and since [redacted] refused to compromise with us for our safety decided to start packing and leave. upper manager ([redacted] attempted to compromise however was too late and tried to offer us refunds in park pass however we refused from the lack of safety standers from this paintball park. I will also like to note we hope the paintball park's management will correct this issue of not chronographs "regular players" before someone get hurt and gets the paintball park's insurance company and/ or the marine base's board of safety involved.Desired Settlement: for the four of us who played at a minimum a partial refund.for the two that paid and never played full refunds.total six people.and maybe an apology for disregarding or safety and ruining or weekend.

referee. I made every attempt to appease Mr. [redacted]. He was offered 4 passes to

come back and play another day. He was offered a full refund for not only himself, but
