Dishonest Vendor
I ordered a bed from this vendor and it was beautiful when delivered. However within 1 month the wood panels in the bed began to shrink out of the frames and the decorative pieces began to fall off. I contacted the vendor and they agreed to replace the bed. It has now been more than a year and I still don't have the replacement or a refund only endless empty promises.

I spoke to June days ago and refunded her for the server that was damaged during the shipping processWe tried to credit her a couple month's ago, I told herBut couldn't due to it being over days oldShe gave me here credit card info and we credited her on monday 3/I let her know the credit would take about 3-business to to show up on here cardIt was order# ***? for $total Not $Thank You Jim

I’ve been emailing *** about here issues with one of the drawers that came off of trackAnd a door alignment of another pieceWe personal delivered these pieces to the customer, and at the time which was back in Declast yearAnd she told us how much she loved everythingThere wasn’t any issues with any of the pieces at time of delivery and signed the invoice She contacted us about a month ago, and send us a photo of the pieces she had an issue withWe told her that we would stop by and take a look at them when we were in the areaAnd we agreed it would be before the end of this monthWe made an appointment with her this friday 7/2/at 9AM, to repair or adjusted the door and check and if necessary replace the track on the drawerI went to Washington, DC, yesterday and repaired the items in questionThanks so much!! I am rejecting this response because:The owner of the business continuously liesIts unreal that he remains in busibessThe reviews of other customers on Yelp who have had the misfortune of purchasing from him share the exact same complaints as I have filedIt is a lie when he says he has been contacting me via emailHe initially ignored my emails, even blocking contact on his direct emailHe only decided to cooperate after I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and filed a dispute with my credit card company. When he initially delivered the pieces I did say I loved everything because I had not had the opportunity to closely look at all the piecesof pieces all ranging between $to $had drawers that were not cut to proper sizeThe craftsmanship is very very poorHow he can in good conscious deliver these items to customers is bafflingToday the furniture was “fixed” by the ownerOnce again I had to point out the issues even after he had attempted to fix the drawerIt was still not rightFinally after I pointed it out he worked on it furtherStill not 100% but betterHe even admitted after measuring the drawers that they were not properly measured Bottom line: over priced, cheaply made pieces that any owner of an ethical reputable business would be embarrassed to deliver to a customerClearly this business owner has no ethics until a customer filed a complaint against him.

I spoke to June 2 days ago and refunded her for the server that was damaged during the shipping process. We tried to credit her a couple month's ago, I told her. But couldn't due to it being over 120 days old. She gave me here credit card info and we credited her on monday 3/27. I let her know the...

credit would take about 3-4 business to to show up on here card. It was order# [redacted] for $525 total . Not $700. Thank You Jim
