FIVE months after painting in our studio, [redacted] comes to claim her pottery and it has been donated. We wish we could keep everyone's pottery but in NYC, space is a problem for everyone. We do our best to contact everyone by phone as well as send out email reminders. [redacted] has many opportunities in the four months that her pottery sat with us to come pick up. [redacted]'s claim that I could not offer anything in return is untrue. I offered [redacted] a gift certificate of $20 to come back and paint. We do not normally do this but in our efforts to maintain good business practice, we extended the offer. We stand firm with our no refund policy.

Review: On 11/*/14 I took my goddaughter to this establishment to paint pottery. I was told to come back in two weeks to pick up the items at that time they'll be finishef cooking in the kelm. I returned in two weeks and at that time I was told that one of my items weren't ready for pick up. I was then told that someone would call me when my items were ready. Two more weeks went by and no one called. I returned to thus establishment and was then told my item couldn't be found. Then being guaranteed that would be called. No called after two weeks and at this point I had to leave on travel assignment for work. I returned the to this establishment today 3/*/15 and was basically told that my items were donated to charity because I took too long picking my items up. The owner told that they tried calling me and couldn't reach me. She states that they dint give refunds and there is nothing that she could do.Desired Settlement: I would like my items that I paid for, but since that's not possible I spent $55.20 in this establishment and would like the total refunded.
