I placed an order for some pretzelsMy card was charged but a month later I have yet to receive the merchandiseNonresponsive to emails and messages left on their messaging service

I bought a Groupon and they shipped a much cheaper version of what I orderedCustomer service does not exist thereThey do not return calls, they sent "canned" emails and resolve nothing.It's almost months and I'm still waiting for return labels so I can return the inferior order and get my money backGroupon has refunded me, but I'm out $for shipping which I'm trying to get my credit card company to go after for me I sure hope the Shark Tank person helping these guys has separated himself from such a loser company

Groupon has refunded me, but I'm out $17.98 for shipping which I'm trying to get my credit card company to go after for me.
I sure hope the Shark Tank person helping these guys has separated himself from such a loser company.

We were closed from 12/24-01/05 for the holiday as our message stated.  It takes about 4 business days to process a refund.
