I had conversations with two employees. One employee in particular was '***'. She has the background of exactly what occurred. Another female (unknown name) called and spoke to me about a 'gas valve'. I never arranged an installation of a second invoice for a gas valve or a new system. I ONLY requested they remove their part, as it worked less than one hour. '***' can verify I did not request an installation of new system. Although they did offer to 'credit' me the price of the part on a new system which I do not want. The arrangement was for them to take their part and return my money. They basically are charging me $for a part that didn't work...period. I will be highly disappointed and believe there is fraud occurring if '***' who I spoke to no less than four times states my account did not occur
Please see attached invoices signed for by customer. A refund of this invoice was never agreed on by anyone that works for our Company. The only thing offered by our company was that we would deduct the cost of the repair off of the installation of a new unit. The customer as noted in the signed...
invoice was told that if the problem continued he would need an additional part. When we arrived the system was not working at all. When we left the system was working. The option of the additional repair was offered on the initial visit by the technician [redacted] and declined by the customer. The customer told [redacted] the technician that he wanted to see if he could get by with just the pilot generator repair and would call us back if he wanted the gas valve replaced. As you can see from the second invoice here the customer called our office and approved the installation of the gas valve to be installed on 1/22/15. The customer called later to cancel the installation of the new valve. This complaint comes as a complete surprise to us.
