We met Tom at the Home Show and scheduled an estimate. We checked his references and gave him a deposit. After he powerwashed our house, we gave him the second third of the cost. He never returned and just took our money. Essentially, we paid over $1600 to have our house powerwashed. I am stunned that the Revdex.com grade is an A+ for someone who scammed us.
Ms *** is mistaken,contracted to do home ,washed home ,they decided to not go ahead cause of money issues ,even know we already washed home ,felt bad and refunded 1/2 of money at a loss to me
I met tom at the 2017 home show in buffalo ny in march last year, for as I was looking for a painting contractor to paint houses that I buy and flip in the western ny area. He came out in early april to give me a bid which was fair and reasonable on the house. Needless to say every house I buy now that needs to be painted will be done by him. The work he does is out standing and could not ask for a better outcome. Absolutely will reccomond him to any one that needs a house painted. Thank you painting pros.
I also met Tom *** at the 2017 Buffalo Home Show. He came to my house on March 22. I gave him $1600 "good faith deposit" and signed a contract that my house would painted. In June I called because I hadn't heard from him. Early on the morning of July 7 he called and said they were coming to powerwash the house that day. If I had known ahead, I would have stayed home, but had made plans. He wanted a check for the paint which I left for him. I have not seen him since. I called him in August to express my concern that the house was going to be left unpainted through the winter. He said that he couldn't come for at least 2 weeks. Two weeks later I called again and left a message. He returned a call to my answering machine but still has not given me an answer as to when the job will be done. Meanwhile my house has exposed bare wood and looks like an abandoned, derelict building. I have no doubt that he can do quality work, when he does it, but leaving a house unfinished for over 2 months is not completing a job "in a workmanlike manner" as his contract states.
Yes did ms *** job ,she was robbed by *** painters,the did a bad job for her ,so I redid her home , only delays were weather related , she is mire than happy,hugged her afterwards ,her husband was in the booth next to mine last year at home show ,selling solar tubes , and was telling my potential customers it was a mistaje if the dont hire me to do their homes ill supply # to ask them yourself
I met the company representative at the Buffalo Home Show. He came to my house and gave me a quote last March 2017. He agreed to do my job before the last week of June 2017 and complete before July 4th 2017 However, I never heard from him again.
Yes met mr *** ,went to his home to look at potential work, he wanted me to paint over rotten wood on a trellis in his back yard , told him I done paint rotten wood ,and no I did not go back or respond to his calls ,gave him the # for *** and *** painter's they do paint rotten wood
