We want to first, and foremost, apologize for this unfortunate situationOur outside marketing representatives are instructed from their first day on the job to be respectful of both homeowners and their property We teach our representatives to look for "do not disturb" signs and are very
sorry that the sign was missed, causing disruption to the family The owner sat down with the representative involved and he has been put on notice and will be working alongside the marketing manager in the futureWhen discussing the matter with the representative however, he was adamant that he did not circle the perimeter of the property peering into the windowsOur representatives work in teams and the other teammates working in the area corroborate this factAgain, we are very sorry this issue and will continue to train and monitor our field representatives with regard to their interactions with homeowners
