the Palms Theatre.  We have a set no refund policy and the letter was intended to give customers other options to using the tickets they had for our shows that were pulled from the schedule.  They would have their credit from the tickets paid for plus free tickets in equal to the number they had purchased.  If all avenues towards compromise do not succeed then we will recommend that a refund be required. In addition, to help repair emotional damages incurred, we invited them to a performance of a concert this past weekend, which they attended as our guests.  Please feel free to contact me with further inquiriesSincerely,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. We did not attend any concerts at the Palms, just to be clear.
