I live in a year old house with an AC system provided by lane weather mart We continuously had issues with it tripping the breakers when going from heat to cool and would call and get a service tech out while it was still under warranty Every time that they came out they would reset the breaker and say that everything is fine If everything was fine it would not be doing that! All the issues that the Unit was causing were pushed back until it was finally not under warranty While I was away working overseas the heat would not work so my wife called for a tech He came out, and as always, reset the breaker and said it was fine Since it was no longer under warranty they charged us $ Once notified of this charge I spoke with the extremely rude staff (office personnel) who stated that you will pay this even though this is a recurring issue that should have been fixed I didn't pay and of course they tagged it onto my credit report Thank you for the horrendous service and not taking care of the equipment that you sold us

He gave us the least expensive estimate, was there the day we called him and was extremely informative. The guy knows pools. He did not ask for money up front, showed up to work on the day and time he said he would. He said it would be done in 4 days , it was done in 2. We absolutely love the outcome of his work, we have a beautiful pool and are extremely happy with the results. I so highly recommend this company.
