Review: I purchased for 4 packages of flooring and 3 pieces out of 32 were defective. I tried contacting the company for replacement pieces and spoke with Bob, the vice president of the company. [redacted] informed me that he COULD/WOULD not send me replacement pieces and to take them back to where I had bought them at. I informed him, I did not have the packaging and that the store did not have them in stock. I would have to take up half the floor to try and exchange the defective pieces.Desired Settlement: I would like to have 3 pieces sent to me without having to take up half the floor to make up a package to return to the store.
