I am writing in regards to a complaint issued on 3/5/The customer was displeased that the price which rang up at the
cash register was $more than the published price on the menu.When brought to the attention of management, an apology was issued and the difference in price was refunded to the customer in cashOur menu changes seasonally, and the computer system was,unfortunately, incorrectly enteredAlthough we strive to avoid these types of discrepancies, sometimes accidents happenThe menu was changed for spring time on the evening of 3/4, and upon learning of the price issue, we corrected it immediately.Just to be sure that appropriate measures were taken to reimburse the customer, I checked our video surveillance systemBoth audio and video reveal that the customer was :refunded the money in questionNever told by management that the 'higher price' was being charged and that she could 'take it or leave it'.While there is no justification for the prices being different, what did occur was an accident, not a gross attempt to take advantage of anyoneThe management acted in good faith by refunding the money and immediately fixing the problemWhile we are more than happy to admit to our faults in order to insure proper service to our customers (as was the case here), the details of this complaint are simply not true.Sincerely,*** ***(Owner, The Paramount, llc)

The establishments response is a complete lie, they did not refund any money and their attitude was that that was the price and I could take it or leave it
