I will issue a credit for pet rent and pet fee as I am aware [redacted] has not occupied the unit. This will be refunded at the time of the deposit disposition when we close out the account.  The requirement for 60 days notice and the Early Term fee OR paying until the unit's re-rent date still...

stands per the legal contract signed.  I explained in our conversation that we are unable to prioritize or promote the unit any more aggressively than any other available unit for a couple of reasons,  one being that doing so could be considered steering and it would be illegal. The second being that we have other residents in the same circumstances  and we always try to be fair with all residents.  We have and will continue to make efforts to rent the unit as soon as possible.
