The Park at Carlyle and Callington

Really nice area to live in. Remodeled units and clean and grounds. They are very professional, and seem to take care of their tenants. However, they have failed to fix the air conditioning in my unit in a timely matter. Several tenants air is either out or not working to its full capacity including mine. I've called several times and all I get is, "we are trying to fix the problem." This is a safety and health issue that deserves more than that. I have bloody noses and cannot handle my work from home business that require the temperature to be cool due to this issue. I hope to get a rent reduction so that I can pay the power bill coming up due to my air being on all day and not being able to cool down my apartment.
