If you a maintenance issue, or other general question, you can forget talking to anyone in the leasing office when you call. When you call the leasing office, you are directed to a 24 hour call center. At first this might seem great, however, they are unable to answer any questions about the property or your "account" and can only forward messages to the maintenance crew or property manager. It takes 3-5 business days for anyone to return your call (if you even get one) which can be problematic in the event of a more pressing issue. Going to the office doesn't help as the staff is rude and unless you are signing a lease, don't want to give you the time of day. Calling the corporate office does no good either, they don't return calls or handle issues you have with the property.
