To whom this matter may concern, we people living here at the weatherly apartments, need your help in getting our lights back on,if our rent are a day late,we have to pay $100.dollars, if two days late your belongings on put on the side of the curbs.we were told that Georgia power have to come out and fix it. which is a lie.right now it's been 2 months with out breeze way lights. I guess they are waiting for someone to get killed,maybe they would be happy.Please Revdex.com we need for you to do your jobs and check this company. ***,sr

The situation has been resolved ,thanks for your help.
I've had to continue to make complaints about my roof leaking in my bathroom, Every time it rains, I have to come in from work and before I can get a shower, I have to mop up water from the floor. A nother issue is that the light fixture bulbs went bad,and I went to the front office for more bulbs,I were told that there were out ,and have some ordered. over four weeks ago,I ended up buying some and installed them myself.still to this day the office have not never address my light situtations. Y'all really need to investigate this company
Finish the job I'm not here to make your day miserable,When i went to apply for the apartment ,i told the personal that my rent would never be late ,and its been now 2 yrs.The private gates never secure,trash compacter,always broken,And these apartments are always full ,but it really seems that they don't truly care ,Just take the money and run.PLEASE HELP..
Mr. roof has been repaired. Our limited access gates are fully operating. Our compactor area and the grounds are detailed daily.
I will follow-up with Mr. to ensure all of his requests have been taken care of.
