Unfortunately the administrative fee is non-refundable which is explained on? their application they filled out and signedAs first time renters, I can completely understand why Ms [redacted] is confusedHowever, this confusion does not fall on the responsibility of my teamBoth my leasing professionals worked with Ms [redacted] and her boyfriend for extended period of time both Saturday and Monday morning.? Ms [redacted] and her boyfriend had a? signed Welcome Sheet with all the information.? Sadly, they? chose not to read it before they signed it or ask any questions they might of had.? My leasing professionals went over all the amounts, the application process and the leasing process---we were just waiting to hear back from them regarding an exact? move in dateMs [redacted] showed up Monday morning, ready to move in without any information including pay stubs for the final approvalMy team works with over move ins a month and we have never had this issue.? Unrelated-Once Ms [redacted] and her boyfriend found out they would be required to pay rent for their new apartment home, Ms [redacted] 's boyfriend threw a temper tantrum in the office, yelling, being disrespectful, and caused a huge sceneHe was asked to leave, he refused, we told him we would have to call the police if his behavior continued so he finally leftAgain, the documentation Ms [redacted] and her boyfriend filled out detailed that these up front fees were non-refundableFor this reason, we will be unable to refund any money
