Review: I was supposed to move to [redacted] homes on 07/22/2013. I submitted the deposits required for move-in and had my utilities turned on. However, I was informed by the Leasing Associate [redacted], on the move in date of 07/22/2013 that there were major plumbing issues that would take 2 months to fix. I was advised they had to find me another unit. [redacted] informed me everything was up to [redacted] and he himself would live there. I did not see the new unit at [redacted] until the move in date of 07/26/2013. I have never been so disappointed in my life. This unit was no where near in the good condition as the first. I expressed my dissatisfaction with [redacted] and he promised to get everything on the same level as the initial unit. On 07/27/2013 I knocked on the door at [redacted] to find out they moved someone else in to the apartment I put my deposit on and utilities. The new tenant informed me she moved in a few days ago. The property manager [redacted] was fully aware of what was going on and could not justify the reason they moved someone else in the unit that was promised to me. She advised me she would do everything needed to get my unit on the same level as the other, due to the situation. However she started ducking and hiding and trying to avoid my calls and visits.Desired Settlement: I want the public to be aware of their practices and I want them make the necessary repairs and return my deposit or apply to my rent.
