[redacted] who resides at our community.It is our desire and intention within our company to strive to provide the best customer service as possible. When she contacted our office she told me that she called "yesterday" to put in a work order for her sink. I apologized for the delay and explained to her our within 48 hour policy regarding work orders and that if they were not able to make it yesterday someone from our maintenance team would likely be there today.The following morning her call was transferred to me in regards to her keys. I began my response, "I apologize for the inconv...." Before I could finish my sentence [redacted] verbally attached me with "B[redacted] your apology and proceeded to explicitly tell me that she wanted her rent lowered not a concession but her rent lowered for the duration of her stay. Because of her aggression and her unwillingness to allow me to speak without her interrupting and calling me out my name I ended the call telling her to call back when the property manager was available. She then reached out to our corporate office and reported a similar dishonesty about the conversation that actually took place.The maintenance tech was questioned. He explained that he was on the side of her unit briefly and in ear shot of the door. He came around to see her walking towards her car after leaving her door. He didn't call to her attention because she has been verbally aggressive towards our staff in the past and he didn't want to get involved in an unprofessional exchange.Again, it is our goal to provide the best customer service as possible and to operate with integrity and to keep our staff fully trained with expectations of resident needs.
