It was not an issue that I feel [redacted] is unsafe. It is an issue that I did not feel safe in your establishment. Nothing to do with the area of the hotel. It was YOUR establish did not make me feel safe and I should not have to pay for a hotel that I did not feel safe in. Furthermore, there are various complaints on review websites of individuals who feel the same as myself. Please do not continue to make false allegations that I am the only person. This is poor customer service.  Bottom line, I should not be forced to pay for a room I did not use and fear for my life because of your unacceptable policy.
