I am rejecting this response because: there is no issue being resolved.. you sent me a breakdown of what the parkers say I owe but that balance is not accurate. Also the...

issue was that they never got in contact with me in order to talk about the balance and make sure it's correct. It's been over 10 months and now we are having to go back and try to get everything correct that's a pretty lengthy period of time.. once again I will state that I feel as though I didn't get a fair chance to pay my balance and I see statement of what I paid and what is showing that I owe but I'm not sure it's correct.. I can only remember so much and I'm really not sure if the balance is right or wrong...
