The Parking Spot 2

I recently reserved a parking space with The Parking Spot and will never do so again. First, I am currently handicap and their vans are not equipped with lift gates or guard rails for handicap or disabled passengers. I'm unsure how true but I inquired to the driver and he stated that it a common question and that none of their vans are equipped. Second, I parked my vehicle and returned 4 days later and was held hostage at the exit gate because I was informed that I would have to pay another $75 because I had parked at The Parking Spot 2 not the The Parking Spot 1 where I had prepaid online. Well, I was unaware that there were multiple facilities. The only one that I'm aware of is the one that you can plainly see Camp Creek Pkwy and since it referenced the Camp Creek address on my receipt, I didn't think anything of it. I am certain this is a common mistake and should be referenced on their website. I was further informed by the onsite manager that neither facility can accept the other's parking tickets because they're on two different systems which was complete non-sense to me since I pulled in, scanned my ticket and my car had been parked at the facility for 4 days. I'm going to stop here because I could write several more paragraphs about the worst experience I've EVER had with a park and ride and why I will park at the airport only moving forward. Don't waste your time and money because the company has unscrupulous business practices. I could have been informed upfront that I was at the wrong location because there was an attendant onsite who assisted me with getting to my covered spot. I should not have had to pay another fee (which I promptly disputed with my bank) but rather the transfer of funds should have been managed internally. I feel that this is a method used to EXTORT money from customers since as I've stated before, I believe to be a common mistake by customers since this facility is visible from Camp Creek Pkwy. Meaning, not informing customers upfront that they're at the wrong facility and waiting until the client returns before informing them of the mistake then demanding another fee. I've give less than a one star if I could.
