December 16, 2014Dear [redacted] :In accordance with your letter dated December 5, 2014, The Partnership Federal Credit Union is providing the results of our investigation into the matter concerning [redacted] 's loan pay-off and associated remaining fees[redacted] entered into a credit card agreement with the credit union on July 28, The agreement clearly disclosed the terms of payment including principal, interest and any associated late feesOur review of the payment history indicated that a large payment on the principal only was made on September 24, This principal amount was clearly indicated on the member's September statement along with interest owed of an additional $Since the member's payment cycled in September on the 22nd, the remaining balance of $was carried over to the October statement with a minimum payment due of $In October, [redacted] made no payment and as such the interest continued to accrue, leaving a balance currently of $103.03.Our further review of the member's transactions and contacts regarding this matter revealed no record of verbal or written communication with either the credit union or our outsourced credit card provider, ***The only record of the member contacting [redacted] occurred on April 15, 2014.The credit union is pleased that [redacted] attempted to repay her obligationsAt this time, however, in accordance with the terms of the original loan agreement, the credit union is entitled to repayment of all interest and late feesWe are open to further discussions regarding this loan directly with the memberShe may call the office of the Chief Operations Officer, Bonnie O [redacted] at [redacted] at any time during regular business hours.Sincerely,Jeff SSupervisory Committee Chair

Our review of the payment history indicated that a large payment on the principal only was made on September 24, 2014. This principal amount was clearly indicated on the member's September statement along with interest owed of an additional $88.03. Since the member's payment cycled in September on the 22nd, the remaining balance of $88.03 was carried over to the October statement with a minimum payment due of $15.00. In October, [redacted] made no payment and as such the interest continued to accrue, leaving a balance currently of $103.03.Our further review of the member's 2014 transactions and contacts regarding this matter revealed no record of verbal or written communication with either the credit union or our outsourced credit card provider, [redacted]. The only record of the member contacting [redacted] occurred on April 15, 2014.The credit union is pleased that [redacted] attempted to repay her obligations. At this time, however, in accordance with the terms of the original loan agreement, the credit union is entitled to repayment of all interest and late fees.
