The owner of the business should pay for shipping in regards to returning the broken merchandise. Shipping would cost in excess of 100 dollars in which he expects me to pay. If issued a prepaid call tag, I would return the grill and marker lights for my money back. The merchandise was defective. The reason for returning is due to the items being broken. I feel that I should not be held accountable because the merchandise is unusable.

I was contacted by Mr. [redacted] yesterday, 2/18/14. He informed me he would get the parts out in the mail in the next few days. I have heard this twice before I contacted you. Thank You for your help. [redacted]
