The customer called and placed an order on July 20th for re-chromed headlight bezelsWe had two sets that we sent out to our chrome plater earlier in that weekWe use an outside source to re-plate our headlight bezelsWe told him at that time
it takes approximately 4-weeks to get them back from the reconditionerThe customer called a few times a week since the day he placed his order with usHE WAS NEVER CHARGED FOR THESE BEZELSWe do not charge the customer until the product is in and actually shipsUnfortunately, because we use an outside source, we have no control over when we are going to get them backWe gave him the time frame that our rechromer gave usWe told him we would call him when as soon as the bezels arrived so he would be aware that he was being charged and they would ship that dayIt is something we did not have in stock and the customer did know that obviouslyWe were nice enough to find a set online from a supplier that has them on his shelf to try and help him out since he obviously is in a rush for these bezelsWe emailed him an eBay item number so he could purchase immediatelyHis order was canceled yesterday so we no longer have any on order for him at this time

This is the first time the customer has contacted us in regards to an order from November 7th, 2014. I actually received this Revdex.com inquiry along with an email from the customer this morning in my inbox. This is the first we have heard anything...

about an order that was shipped almost a year ago. I replied to the customer a few minutes ago. In all the years I have been working here, this is the first time my company has been sent to the Revdex.com without having been contacted to fix any problems beforehand by the customer. I feel it's completely unfair that the customer just realized that they have problems almost a year after and they contact you first. The customer purchased the incorrect trim rings for his car, we sent him what was ordered. I requested pictures of the parts he says are incorrect so I can see what was sent and see what needs to be taken care of to fix the problem. The door panels were not even ordered from my company and the damaged on the woodgrain occurred almost an entire year ago and on that particular problem, that cannot be taken care of. Companies have policies for a reason. We have a 30-day policy on returns and shortages. We will take care of the problems once we know exactly what they are even though it is way past the time frame.
