The person who filed this complaint is a homeowner in a community that we manage which is a 20-unit Common Interest Development.
We sincerely regret the incorrect violation letter and as the complaint indicates we immediately accepted 100%...

responsibility for the mistake and corrected it.
It is our position that this complaint is an unfortunate misdirected manifestation of ongoing frustrations with the Board of Directors, who are independent and unrelated to PAS. Further, in connection, we have terminated our service agreement with this client.
